Location of Domaine Parcellaires De Saulx

Domaine Parcellaires De Saulx is located in the heart of the Côte de Beaune. The Côte de Beaune is nestled between the Côte de Nuits and the Côte Chalonnaise, in Burgundy. The parcel-based cuvées fully express each of the domaine's terroirs. For example, the Chapelle-Chambertin Grand Cru terroir is composed of limestone soil with a clay surface. This Grand Cru enjoys a mid-slope location, on an east-facing hillside. The vineyards are located in the commune of Gevrey-Chambertin. This is also the case for the Charmes-Chambertin Grand Cru.
