Guillaume Michaut's desire to express a singular wine led him to create an estate called 47n3e. The name is as precise as the coordinates it refers to: 3 hectares of vines in his native village of Beines. This precision enhances the typicity of the wines he defends. And to support his objective, Guillaume Michaut preserves the soil and the grapes with a dual organic and biodynamic approach.

Domaine 47n3e Guillaume Michaut was created in 2018. The winemaker already ran Domaine de La Motte with his family. But the death of his father Christian, followed by a disagreement with his uncles, led him to share with us an estate consistent with his ideas.

Geographical location of Domaine 47n3e Guillaume Michaut

The village of Beines is the birthplace of Domaine 47n3e Guillaume Michaut. Located in the heart of the Chablis region, it is a Chardonnay terroir. The vines thrive on clay-limestone soil. Depending on the cuvée, the aromas obtained by Guillaume Michaut affirm the character of each parcel.

Since 2022, the estate has been gradually expanding on the slopes of the village of Beines. This expansion is made possible by the addition of young vines planted by Guillaume Michaut. The wine produced is exclusively white Burgundy from Chardonnay grapes.
