Domaine Luciano Sandrone was founded in 1978 in Piedmont, Italy. Luciano Sandrone began his career as a cellar master at Marchesi di Barolo. In 1977, he bought his first hectares of Cannubi Boschis vines and prepared his first cuvées in his parents' garage. Gradually, he extended the estate to include several plots: Cannubi Boschis, Villero and Vignane. Luciano Sandrone became a major name in Italian wine.

Location of Domaine Luciano Sandrone

Domaine Luciano Sandrone is located in the heart of the village of Barolo, in Piedmont, Italy. It covers 27 hectares of vineyards, planted in the Langhe and Roero regions. The grape varieties grown are Nebbiolo, Dolcetto and Barbera. Nebbiolo is a demanding grape variety. It needs little rain and optimal exposure.
