The Larmandier family has been working the vineyard for eight generations. The Larmandiers have acquired an acute knowledge of their vines so that their Champagnes perfectly reflect all the complexity of the terroir. For this reason, the Larmandier family has been committed to working their vines organically and biodynamically for 20 years so that their wines reveal the aromas of the terroir. The domain produces Champagnes with a beautiful acidity on citrus fruit aromas with slightly roasted notes at the end of the mouth.

The Cuvée Latitude is a white Champagne 100% Chardonnay which comes from a soil rich in chalk. It is a vintage that can be appreciated in festive moments accompanied by grilled toast with seafood. On the nose, it is the scents of grapefruit and lemon gestures that know how to seduce us. As for the mouth we are on a beautiful roundness with notes of cooked apples, fine and honey at the end of mouth.

The Cuvée Longitude is a Premier Cru Extra-Brut. A minimal dosage of sugar brings out its aromas of green apples and grapefruit. It is a long-lasting Champagne that leaves notes of toast and a slightly smoky finish.

The Cuvée Vieilles Vignes Du Levant is a Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs. The parcel from which this cuvée comes from is exposed to the first rays of sunlight which gives it a nice acidity. The vines of this terroir are up to 80 years old, which allows to obtain a more complex and powerful Champagne. The Grand Cru des Vignes du Levant offers us a nice balance between aromas of pear, toast and some more mineral notes at the end.
