The Larmandier family has been working the vines for eight generations. The Larmandiers have acquired an acute knowledge of their vines, so that their Champagnes perfectly reflect the full complexity of their terroir. To this end, the Larmandier family has been committed to working their vines organically and biodynamically for 20 years, so that their cuvées reveal the terroir's distinctive aromas. The estate produces Champagnes with good acidity, citrus aromas and lightly toasted notes on the finish.

Cuvée Latitude is a 100% Chardonnay white Champagne from a chalk-rich terroir. It's a cuvée that's perfect for festive occasions, accompanied by grilled seafood toast. On the nose, the scents of grapefruit and lemon are seductive. The palate is round, with notes of baked apples, fines and honey on the finish.

Cuvée Longitude is a Premier Cru Extra-Brut. Minimal sugar dosage brings out its aromas of green apples and grapefruit. It's a long-lasting Champagne, with notes of toast and a slightly smoky finish.

Cuvée Vieilles Vignes Du Levant is a Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs. The parcel from which this cuvée is made is exposed to the first rays of sunlight, giving it good acidity. The vines on this terroir are up to 80 years old, making for a more complex, powerful Champagne. Grand Cru des Vignes du Levant offers a fine balance of pear and toast aromas, with a few more mineral notes on the finish.
