Domaine Tenuta Dell Ornellaia is located in Tuscany, Italy. It was founded in 1981 by Marquis Lodovico Antinori. It is now owned by Marquis Ferdinando Frescobaldi. This is an estate with a tradition of excellence. Rigorous care is given to the vines, and the grapes are harvested by hand. The base wines are separated in vats for each parcel. This sorting process preserves the specific character of the soil, grape variety and vintage. The wines are aged for several months in French oak barrels.
