Location of the Giuseppe Quintarelli Estate

The Giuseppe Quintarelli Estate is located in the Veneto region of northern Italy. The estate's vineyards extend over 12 hectares, north of the city of Verona, in the village of Negrar, at an altitude of 500 meters. Yields are kept to a minimum. Harvesting takes place when the grapes have reached maturity. It was here, in the heart of the Valpolicella region, that Giuseppe Quintarelli perfected his appassimento style and technique. This ancient method involves drying the grapes for several months before pressing.
