CHAVY-CHOUET

Domaine Chavy-Chouet is the fruit of the union of two of the oldest families in Meursault and Puligny-Montrachet. Romaric Chavy was just twenty years old when his father, Hubert, handed over the reins of Domaine Chavy-Chouet to him in 2006. From then on, Romaric has been able to fully express his love of Burgundy wines with every vintage. Proud of his roots, he oscillates between rigor, tradition and innovation. He spares no effort to produce great Burgundy wines. Domaine Chavy-Chouet is cultivated using the "lutte raisonnée" method.

Geographical location of Domaine CHAVY-CHOUET

The 15 hectares of Domaine Chavy-Chouet are located on some of the finest terroirs in the region. Parcels range from Pommard to Saint-Aubin, via Volnay, Meursault and Puligny-Montrachet. Prestigious names such as Les Champs-Gain, Les Folatières and Les Chanlins are among them. The vines are planted in Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, with the exception of one plot in Aligoté. With a solid team in place, Romaric Chavy has been able to bring out the very essence of each appellation. From the vine to the bottle, he perfectly combines Burgundy tradition with the audacity of the younger generation.
