The domaine's plots are scattered throughout the Côte de Beaune. They can be found in the terroirs of Aloxe-Corton, Beaune, Pommard, Volnay and Puligny-Montrachet. Domaine Louis Latour wines

The vines of Domaine Louis Latour are cultivated using sustainable agriculture methods. The grapes are harvested by hand. White wines are pressed with their stalks. Red wines are crushed and destemmed. Aging lasts between 8 and 10 months for white wines and between 10 and 12 months for red wines. The proportion of new barrels used for ageing varies with each wine: 100% for white Grands Crus, between 30 and 50% for red Grands Crus.

Domaine Louis Latour produces 23 Grands Crus de Bourgogne. White wines include Grands Crus Montrachet, Corton-Charlemagne and Chablis. Red wines include Grands Crus Chambertin, Charmes-Chambertin and Château Corton Grancey. In Premier Cru, the domaine offers no fewer than 70 appellations. These include Premiers Crus Pommard, Meursault, Chablis, Puligny-Montrachet and Vosne-Romanée. In addition to this collection, there are dozens of wines in appellation communale or Burgundy.
