Founded in 1731 and established in Beaune in the heart of the Climats de Bourgogne region for nearly three centuries, the family-run Maison Bouchard Père & Fils cultivates the quest for excellence and the transmission of knowledge.

To the delight of wine lovers, its wines benefit from optimal ageing conditions in the underground galleries of the Château de Beaune, the former 15th-century royal fortress that the House has occupied since 1820.

Of the 130 hectares of its estate, spread over a hundred or so climats in the Côte de Beaune and Côte de Nuits, three-quarters are Premiers and Grands Crus.

We don't make wine, we give it birth. Cultivation and vinification, parcel by parcel, are like art and craft, where listening and observation take precedence over action, so that the terroir expresses itself as precisely and naturally as possible. HVE level 3 certified since 2015, the estate has been committed to more responsible viticulture since 2009, which should culminate in 2026 with the entire estate being certified organic.
