The Perrot-Minot estate covers 8 hectares, in the heart of Burgundy’s greatest terroirs: Morey-Saint-Denis, Gevrey-Chambertin, Chambolle-Musigny, Vosne-Romanée, and Nuits-Saint-Georges.

Driven by a constant pursuit of quality, the estate cultivates its vines organically, with meticulous attention from vine to cellar.

Production is deliberately limited, around 25 to 30 hectoliters per hectare, to retain only the best. The rigor of sorting, the precision of each gesture, and humility towards nature make each cuvée a quest for excellence.
