Henri Boillot is one of Burgundy's finest winemakers. His domaine, founded by his grandfather in 1885 in Volnay, is located in the southern part of the Côte de Beaune. Henri Boillot joined his father Jean's estate in 1975, starting his apprenticeship and working his way up through the ranks. A precursor of ultra-refined vineyards, he now brings modernity andexcellence to the ageing of white and red Burgundy wines. Domaine Boillot's Puligny-Montrachet, Meursault and Volnay wines are recognized by connoisseurs the world over.

Domaine Henri Boillot covers 14 hectares. Seven hectares are devoted to the great white wines of Burgundy, while the other parcels are reserved for the red wines of the Côte de Beaune. The vines are located in the communes of Puligny-Montrachet, Meursault and Volnay. Cultivated on limestone soils alternating with marl or schist beds, they benefit from an oceanic climate with a semi-continental influence that is favorable to their development. This unique terroir enables the production of exceptional cuvées, such as Puligny-Montrachet Premier Cru Les Perrières and Volnay Premier Cru Les Caillerets.

The domaine's white wines come mainly from two villages:
- Puligny-Montrachet and its Premiers Crus: Clos de la Mouchère, Les Perrières, Les Pucelles
- Meursault with : Clos Richemont, Les Genevrières or Les Gouttes d'Or

Red wines include Volnay Premier Cru: Les Caillerets, Les Chevrets, Les Fremiets, and Pommard Premier Cru Clos Blanc.
