Domaine La Bergerie de l'Arcade — A small family estate located in the Languedoc, founded in 2010 by the Soulas brothers in the hills of Aniane, in the Hérault. A confidential production (barely 3,000 bottles a year), which quickly earned a fine reputation on the finest tables.

The red — A characterful wine made from grape varieties typical of the south (Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Carignan), with aromas of ripe dark fruits (blueberry), flowers and garrigue — that wild herb scent so typical of southern France. It's powerful yet elegant, and ages beautifully.

The white — A true curiosity, made from an almost-forgotten local grape variety, terret blanc. A fresh, saline wine with notes of citrus, peach and southern herbs.
