Domaine Georges Noëllat has been run since 2010 by Maxime Cheurlin, grandson of Marie-Thérèse Noëllat. His viticulture respects the terroir and the vines. Every effort is made to achieve the freshness and pleasure of an excellent wine: hand-picking, application of organic products, use of natural yeasts. The wines are aged in oak barrels. It is adapted to the characteristics of the terroir and the vintage, to get the best out of them. This rigorous practice enables Domaine Noëllat Georges to produce remarkable Burgundy wines. These include Nuits-Saint-Georges Premier Cru Aux Boudots and Vosne-Romanée Premier Cru Les Chaumes.

Domaine Georges Noëllat extends over 5.5 hectares through the prestigious Vosne-Romanée and Nuits-Saint-Georges valleys. Its vines, some of which are over a hundred years old, are grown on clay-limestone soil typical of the Côte de Nuits. Domaine Georges Noëllat covers exceptional Burgundy appellations, including Grands Crus Échezeaux and Grand-Échezeaux, Premiers Crus Beaunes, Meursault, Nuits-Saint-Georges and Vosnes-Romanée, and Villages Gevrey-Chambertin, Bourgogne Pinot Noir and Hautes-Côte de Nuits. The domaine's varied terroir enables it to offer a range of remarkable red and white wines. A must-see on the Côte de Nuits.

Domaine Georges Noëllat's Nuits-Saint-Geoges Premier Cru Aux Boudots offers a nose of black fruit aromas and roasted notes. Domaine Georges Noëllat's Grand-Échezeaux Grand Cru can be recognized by its intense ruby color. Its red fruit nose expresses all the generosity of Pinot Noir. The Vosne-Romanée Premier Cru Les Beaux Monts, meanwhile, exalts aromas of wild flowers and wild berries. With these wines, Maxime Cheurlin has propelled Domaine Georges Noëllat into the ranks of Burgundy's finest estates.
