DOMAINE DE LA CRAS

Domaine de la Cras is the result of a remarkable project led by Greater Dijon. In November 2013, Grand Dijon purchased 160 hectares of land on the plateau between Dijon, Plombières-lès-Dijon and Corcelles-les-Monts. This area includes meadows, market gardens, pastures and 8 hectares of vines, including 3 hectares of Chardonnay and 5 hectares of Pinot Noir.

Management of the estate is partly entrusted to the Côte-d'Or Chamber of Agriculture. The latter entrusted the operation to Marc Soyard in 2014, a winegrower with a passion for his profession. Ambitious and determined, Marc aims to apply his philosophy to Domaine de la Cras. A philosophy acquired alongside Jean-Yves Bizot at Domaine Bizot in Vosne-Romanée. Hand-harvesting, organic and biodynamic viticulture, low-intervention winemaking - we can relate!
