VAROILLES

Domaine des Varoilles is one of the oldest authenticated vineyards of the great Burgundy wines. Appellation history shows that vines were planted on this terroir before the 12th century. Today, Gilbert Hammel runs the Domaine des Varoilles. His vines are grown using integrated viticulture methods. The wines are matured and bottled at Domaine des Varoilles.
