CHATEAU DE MEURSAULT

Château de Meursault is one of Burgundy's largest estates, both literally and figuratively. Its history dates back to the 11th century, when it was known as the Fief du Moulin Foulot. It passed from hand to hand over the centuries. In 2012, Château de Meursault became the property of the Halley family. The vines on this huge estate are harvested entirely by hand. Cellar master Emmanuel Escutenaire then presides over the vinification and ageing of the wines. Each parcel is pressed, vinified and aged separately. The vineyards are cultivated using sustainable methods, which have earned them the High Environmental Value label.
