Established in Puligny-Montrachet since the 16th century, Domaine Jacques Carillon has remained true to the spirit of the great white wines of the Côte de Beaune. Jacques and Sylvia Carillon work 5 hectares of vineyards located on some of the village’s finest climats, producing wines marked by precision and a defined mineral elegance. Long pressings, controlled ageing, and a restrained use of new oak aim to reveal the character of Puligny's limestone soils. The house style is rooted in Burgundian classicism, combining finesse, verticality, and depth, with remarkable ageing potential.
