Coming from a long line of Champagne winemakers, Alexandre Lamblot decided in 2013 to become independent and create his own Champagne House to affirm his philosophy of creating wines as naturally as possible. After a career as a Caviste and then Department Manager at Métro in Paris, Alexandre Lamblot has now settled in Janvry on the Montagne de Reims, taking over 4 hectares of vines from the family Domaine.

Geographical location of the Domaine

The vineyard is very fragmented, covering the communes of Vrigny, Gueux, Janvry and Chenay, with each parcel no larger than 70 ares, earning Alexandre Lamblot the nickname of "gardener-winemaker". The vineyard is planted predominantly with Pinot Meunier, which accounts for 60% of the vines, followed by Pinot Noir with 30% and then 10% Chardonnay.
