CAVALLOTTO

Domaine Cavallotto is run by the fourth generation of the family: Laura, Giuseppe and Alfio. Great-grandfather Giacomo Cavallotto bought the estate in 1928 from Giuseppe Boschis. It is located in northernItaly, in the Piedmont region. In Castiglione-Falletto, a neighboring commune of Barolo, the Cavallotto family cultivates 25 hectares according to the principles of organic farming. The family produces mainly red wine from typical Piedmont grape varieties.

Location of the Cavallotto estate

The tenuta Cavallotto vineyards are located in the Bricco Boschis hills, near the village of Barolo. It forms a single block, from the valley to the top of the hill.
