The Champagne House of R. Pouillon, located in Aÿ-Champagne, embodies the elegance and authenticity of a family vineyard committed to respectful, traditional viticulture. It carefully nurtures its 7 hectares of vines, divided into 40 carefully identified plots. Some have been replanted using massal selection to preserve the diversity and expression of the terroirs.

Sensitive to the balance of its soils, the estate adapts its vine-growing practices according to regular analyses, and has implemented a demanding organic culture: ploughing by horse, farm composting, respect for the natural rhythms of the vine and limited yields. It also applies the principles of regenerative agriculture, maintaining a diversity of vegetation on its soils, thereby promoting their vitality and resilience.

Each cuvée reflects this meticulous approach, offering champagnes of great finesse, both complex and vibrant, a true expression of their terroir.
