A confidential winemaker, Arnaud Ente cultivates 4 hectares of vines on the terroirs of the Côte de Beaune. His growing reputation has made him one of Burgundy's most renowned winemakers. Passionate and faithful to Burgundy tradition, he took over the family vineyards in 1992 with his wife Marie-Odile. Arnaud Ente has converted to organic farming methods. Committed to precision and quality in Chardonnay, his production remains highly sought-after. Balanced, dense wines, the result of controlled harvesting and perfect ripeness for more concentrated berries. With each vintage, Arnaud Ente and Marie-Odile strive to produce wines that express tension and purity. With their highly acclaimed wines and inspiring philosophy, Arnaud Ente was named "Man of the Year" in the Guide Bettane et Desseauve in 2012.
