CHÂTEAU DOISY-VEDRINES

Located 35 kilometers from Bordeaux in the Sauternes and Barsac appellations, not far from Châteaux Climens and Coutet, Château Doisy-Védrine is the largest of the three Barsac châteaux with "Doisy" in the name. The château was actually subdivided into 3 after its purchase by the Castéja family in 1846. In addition to Doisy-Védrines, we find Château Doisy-Dubroca and Château Doisy-Daëne. The name of this château comes from the Chevaliers de Védrines, who were in fact the original owners of the château before it was sold.

With a surface area of 27 ha, Château Doisy-Védrines has been headed by Olivier Castéja since 2001, who has not lacked for innovation in order to offer enthusiasts a superior and unrivalled quality of wine.
