JOUAN OLIVIER

Domaine Olivier Jouan, an estate we're eager to introduce you to! Olivier Jouan is a discreet but dedicated winemaker. Originally from Morey-Saint-Denis, he now lives in Arcenant , in the Hautes-Côtes-de-Nuits region. After completing his studies in Beaune, he took over the family domaine and added a number of carefully selected plots, bringing the total surface area to 8.5 hectares. Olivier Jouan is adept at low yields and organic viticulture. This is still a very confidential estate, but in our opinion an extremely deserving one, generally under the radar of wine guides and the specialized press. That's all it took to make us want to introduce you to it!
