CHÂTEAU DUCRU-BEAUCAILLOU

Château Ducru-Beaucaillou is a very old wine estate in the Bordeaux region. In 1795, the Ducru family purchased the château. Bertrand Ducru decided to re-establish Château Ducru wines with Paul Abadie. Subsequently, the property was owned by several individuals, including Nathaniel Johnston and the Desbarats family. In 1941, the Borie family became owners of Château Ducru-Beaucaillou. They went on to shape the reputation of this Bordeaux red wine. Château Ducru-Beaucaillou has been a Second Grand Cru since 1855. Today, Bruno-Eugène Borie manages the vintages of Ducru-Beaucaillou.
