Geographical location of Domaine Sylvie Esmonin
Domaine Sylvie Esmonin comprises almost eight hectares of vines in the commune of Gevrey-Chambertin, a prestigious Côte de Nuits terroir if ever there was one. The plots are planted with Pinot Noir or Chardonnay grapes. The vines are tended with respect for the terroir, using copper and plant-based treatments. The grapes are harvested by hand and vinified in whole bunches. Wines are aged in oak barrels for a year and a half for red wines, and between 12 and 14 months for white wines. Domaine Sylvie Esmonaut produces wines that are complex and delicate on the palate.

Côte de Nuits Villages Rouge and Bourgogne Rouge round out Domaine Sylvie Esmonin's red wine production. For white wines, you can choose between Bourgogne Blanc made from Chardonnay and Bourgogne Aligoté, with its fruity or floral aromas.
