With a degree in viticulture, oenology and management, Marion raises and markets red Burgundy wines. She was joined in 2011 by Pierre-Emmanuel Lamy, her sister Laurène's husband, who makes white wines. As third-generation winemakers, Marion and Pierre-Emmanuel draw on their family's experience. They enable their wines to express the diversity of their terroir.
Domaine Patrick Javillier covers 11 hectares on the Côte de Beaune in Burgundy. It is located in the commune of Meursault, capital of Burgundy's great white wines. The domaine covers AOC Village, Premier Cru and Grand Cru appellations. It is also a regional appellation, with the new Bourgogne Côte-d'Or.
The domaine's production consists mainly of white wines made from Chardonnay grapes grown on parcels in Meursault, Aloxe-Corton, Savigny-lès-Beaune and Puligny-Montrachet. The range also includes red Pinot Noir wines from the Pernand-Vergelesses, Aloxe-Corton and Savigny-lès-Beaune appellations.
Domaine Patrick Javillier wines are aged separately for each parcel and each climate. They comprise 14 appellations whose aim is to preserve the specific characteristics of their terroir.
The white wines produced on the estate include the new Bourgogne Côte-d'Or, in cuvée Oligocène or cuvée des Forgets. In the Meursault appellation, you'll discover a Meursault Clos du Cromin, Les Tillets, Les Clousots or the cuvée Tête de Murger. The estate also produces a Corton Charlemagne Grand Cru.
A number of red wines complete the domaine's offering, including Savigny-lès-Beaune Les Grands Liards and Savigny-lès-Beaune Premier Cru les Serpentières.
