Pierre-Yves and Caroline first launched a wine merchant business in 2001, before setting up their own domaine. Today, the domaine manages some fifteen hectares of vines.

Domaine Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey wines are renowned for their purity, mineral tension and remarkable ageing potential. The wines are aged for long periods on fine lees, without stirring, in carefully selected barrels, avoiding fining and filtration to preserve the identity of each Climat. This demanding approach reveals the finesse of the terroirs of Puligny-Montrachet, Chassagne-Montrachet, Meursault and Saint-Aubin.

Each year, the domaine produces a confidential range of great white Burgundy wines, regularly acclaimed by international critics. Thanks to this consistency and precision, Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey is today considered one of the most talented winemakers of his generation. His cuvées from the Premiers Crus and Grands Crus of the Côte de Beaune are among the most sought-after on the market, both by collectors and by the sommeliers of the finest Michelin-starred restaurants.
