The exceptional Camille Thiriet began her adventure in 2016 in her father's garage in Comblanchien with a few barrels and the help of her cellar master Matt Chittick. Camille Thiriet's wines are now eagerly awaited with each vintage... so much so, in fact, that Camille has thought bigger and moved her winery to be free of space constraints. She explores terroirs from Arbois to Volnay to Vézelay. She is interested in what each vineyard has to offer in terms of sensations, but there's no question of sacrificing the artisanal touch that has made her signature: pumping over in buckets, ratchet presses, no inputs, foot treading, labels are waxed and labeled by hand..

Location of the estate

The Maison MC Thiriet vineyard covers 2 hectares and several appellations, including Arbois, Vézelay, Volnay and Côte-de-Nuits Villages. A mosaic of terroirs that speaks volumes about the expression of the Domaine's wines. From Chablis to Côte de Beaune and Côte de Nuits, the Domaine offers a variety of renowned terroirs to delight the senses. Limestone soils, continental climatic influences, hot summers and dry autumns, a perfect cohesion to let the wines express themselves and blossom marvelously.
